Overview
- Role
- Search strategy, content planning and writing, and performance measurement.
- Problem
- The site was live, but candidates and buyers searching for AI roles, salaries and recruiters were not finding it.
- What I did
- I built a small article library around the questions people ask before choosing a role or recruiter, published each topic in a deliberate order and measured the result in Search Console.
- Result
- A compact library produced nineteen page-one keywords and 24x monthly clicks inside four months. Topic choice and publishing order mattered more than volume.
Outcomes
- 24x Monthly organic clicks by month 4
- 27x Monthly search impressions by month 4
- 19 Keywords on page one
- ~95% Organic traffic from non-brand search
- ~2 weeks For new articles to reach page one

Common questions
How quickly did the content-led SEO work show results?
Within four months of launch, monthly organic clicks grew about 24x and impressions about 27x, with new articles typically reaching page one in around two weeks. About 95% of organic traffic came from non-brand search. The figures are from internal search and analytics reporting over a period of under four months.
Why focus on non-brand search for a founder-led firm?
The founder’s network already reached people who knew the brand. Non-brand search reached candidates and buyers who did not. I built the library around the roles, salaries and hiring questions those people searched for.
What made a compact content library grow visibility so fast?
I used each article’s clicks, rankings and brand-versus-non-brand split to choose the next topic. Every page answered a decision-stage question and followed the same search structure. I published when the data supported the next subject, not to fill a calendar.
